What is Season Pass Processing?
When you purchase your season pass, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to view or print your season passes. We now have Digital Processing. You can create a digital pass and put it in your Apple or Google Wallet. Visit Digital Processing to learn more.

The season pass processing building will be open in early May 2026.
If you renew your 2025 season pass, your 2026 season pass will automatically be activated. You will not need to go to season pass processing unless you are receiving a season parking pass or souvenir bottle. The season pass processing building is located next to the waterpark entrance.
Below are the dates and times that the Season Pass Processing Building will be open.
May 2 – May 3: 10:00am-3:00pm
May 4 – May 8: 4:30pm-8:00pm
May 9 and 10: Waterpark Operating Hours
May 11 – May 15: 4:30pm-8:00pm
May 16 and 17: Waterpark Operating Hours
May 18 – May 20: 4:30pm-8:00pm
After May 20: Waterpark Operating Hours
