I have one-day tickets to the park. What should I do?
One-day tickets are valid any regular operating day through September 20, 2020. Check the Operating Calendar for dates and times.
Does a delayed waterpark opening affect my 2020 season pass?
Your 2020 Season Pass will continue to be valid for the duration of the season it was originally purchased for. We have also added an additional week of operation in August and will be open an extra weekend in September. Additionally, 2020 Season Passholders will enjoy added-value benefits to be announced closer to park opening. Stay tuned for even more fun to come!
For guests participating in the Payment Plan program, your monthly payments will continue as scheduled.
May I get a refund for my Season Pass or One-Day ticket?
While these times are uncertain, we know that creating fond memories with your family will always be important and our team at Nashville Shores looks forward to welcoming you to the park this summer. Your season pass or daily admission ticket is valid throughout the 2020 season. We remain thankful for your support and patronage, now more than ever.
Season Pass and One-Day tickets are non-refundable as stated at purchase and will be valid in 2020. For Season Pass holders, we will be providing additional benefits and special events this summer when we re-open to help make up for the inconvenience. We have also added an extra week of operation in August and an additonal weekend of operation in September.

What are your cleanliness and sanitation standards and procedures?
Here at Nashville Shores, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members has always been our top priority. We have specific, stringent sanitation protocols in place for every operating department. In preparation for Opening Day and while closely monitoring the evolving situation, we have put in place plans to exponentially increase our sanitizing protocol and will continue to follow the guidance of state and local health agencies.
All guest and team member high-touch points including surfaces, railings, technology screens, handles and doors will be sanitized throughout the day as per regular policy. We are also adding additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the park. Anti-bacterial soap will continue to be available throughout the park and signs will be installed to remind team members and guests of health and hygiene best practices.
In addition to the steps outlined above, we will ask team members who are exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home and contact their healthcare provider. The park will follow guidance from local and state officials, as well as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO.)
Will there be early Season Pass processing?
Early Season processing is available on the following dates and times. You can also process your Season Pass anytime the park is open during normal operating hours.
