COVID-19 Update - Nashville Shores

COVID-19 Update

Nashville Shores is committed to continue the tradition of providing quality family fun to our Middle Tennessee community. The safety and well-being of our guests and team members has always been our top priority. As our guests, we understand you may have questions about COVID-19 and our park.

Masks - Per Metro Nashville Health Regulations, masks are welcome – not required. We strongly encourage anyone who hasn’t been vaccinated to continue wearing a mask for their own safety and the safety of others. If you are more comfortable continuing to wear a mask while visiting – regardless of whether you have been vaccinated - you are welcome and invited to do so. For safety reasons, face coverings are not permitted while swimming or on the attractions.

Hand Sanitizers - Additional hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the park, and signs are displayed to encourage all employees and guests to wash their hands often and cover their coughs and sneezes.

We are open at 100% capacity and do not require reservations for tickets.

*Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. The CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from Coronavirus. Guests should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread Coronavirus if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to Coronavirus. By coming to the park, you acknowledge and agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with attendance. Some images shown throughout this website do not represent current operational guidelines or health and safety measures such as face covering and physical distancing requirements.

Here at Nashville Shores, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members has always been our top priority. We have specific, stringent sanitation protocols in place for every operating department. In preparation for Opening Day and while closely monitoring the evolving situation, we have put in place plans to exponentially increase our sanitizing protocol and will continue to follow the guidance of state and local health agencies.

All guest and team member high-touch points including surfaces, railings, technology screens, handles and doors will be sanitized throughout the day as per regular policy. We are also adding additional hand sanitizer stations throughout the park. Anti-bacterial soap will continue to be available throughout the park and signs will be installed to remind team members and guests of health and hygiene best practices.

In addition to the steps outlined above, we will ask team members who are exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home and contact their healthcare provider. The park will follow guidance from local and state officials, as well as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).

While these times are uncertain, we know that creating fond memories with your family will always be important and our team at Nashville Shores looks forward to welcoming you to the park this summer. Your 2021 season pass or daily admission ticket is valid throughout the 2021 season. We remain thankful for your support and patronage, now more than ever.
