HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL EVENTS
- There is a 2 night minimum for all reservations made for stays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- PLEASE NOTE: The following weekends and special events require a 3 night minimum stay

Memorial Day Weekend - Friday, May 25, 2012 through Monday, May 28, 2012 
CMA Fest - Thursday, June 7, 2012 through Sunday, June 10, 2012
Fourth of July Week - Must stay a minimum of three days between Friday, June 30 and Monday, July 9, 2012
Labor Day Weekend - Friday, August 31, 2012 through Monday, September 3, 2012

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- In order to be refunded for a cancellation, you must notify the property 14 days before the sceduled arrival date. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellations with less than 14 days notice prior to arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. A credit good for 12 months will be issued to the account.
- PLEASE NOTE: No refunds or credits will be issued for reservations cancelled for Memorial Day Weekend, CMA Fest, Fourth of July Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend.
