Guest Experience
Average Work Hours: 30 hours per week

Duties include answering all incoming telephone calls, taking season pass/group orders, and dealing with any customer concerns. This is a great position for anyone who is great with customer service. Applicants must have one season of work experience at Nashville Shores and be at least 17 years of age to be considered.


Ticket Seller/Taker
Average Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Duties include sale and distribution of tickets, retail shop, mini golf, turnstiles, parking, and wrist banding. Staff is responsible for making sure every guest who enters the park with a smile also leaves with one! Applicants must be at least 15 years of age.
